We hope you love your tea as much as we loved preparing it. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos where applicable
Refunds
Refunds may be approved for:
- damaged items
- incorrect items sent
- products that arrive in unusable condition
- lost packages confirmed by the courier
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:
- opened tea products
- used items
- change of mind purchases
- orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
Please note that delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier disruptions are outside of our direct control.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
